Well, for the third night in a row I am up at 2:30 am unable to sleep. This is getting very old. I have had very few normal sleeping nights since school has been out. I am so tired and get in the bed at a fairly decent hour (11:00) or so and just lie there. Thinking all kinds of things. And while I would love to sleep all day, I am unable to sleep past 10:00 am most mornings. I am so cranky with the boys that I feel sorry for them, although, they still do nothing but fight most of the day. When they are fighting they are "bored" or "hungry".
Tonight, I had a lot of laundry to catch up on and Brandon and Frank had to pack for Camp Old Indian before going to bed. So, I went to the laundromat so I could get it done quicker. I mistakenly took the boys with me. They wanted to go "help". Well, I did get a little help out of them. Grayson put the quarters in the washers for me and Brandon folded one load of towels. The rest of the time was spent running around with empty baskets on their heads (they really thought this was hilarious) or Brandon pushing Grayson around in the baskets that they have with wheels on them. I thought the police would come out at some point to see why I was fussing so loudly at them. I did threaten to take them out to the car wash and hose them down, but did not think the city of Liberty would appreciate such abuse in broad daylight. Luckily, by the time they got so rowdy, we were the only ones in there. At first there was a family who was really enjoying watching the WWE (better known in these parts as RASSLIN). I just can't get over how people can believe that this is real. This particular episode one of the "rasslers" was getting married in the ring. Then his enemy comes out and shows a video of the groom with another woman who happens to be part of the wedding party. I mean the acting isn't even good! Well, when the family that was watching it finished with their laundry and started packing up I thought "Yea, I can change this when they leave." But did they leave? No, they sat there in the stifling hot laundromat so they could watch to the end! I just don't get it. Why do people want to watch that? And why do they want to get their kids so addicted to it? There is not one nice thing going on there. Grayson has a friend at school who likes to play WWE on the playground. I am so glad my kids think it's dumb and that I didn't marry a "rasslin" fan. That would be grounds for divorce right there! Don't you think?
