My first blog

OK, so here I go. I have been reading my cousin Meredith's blog (which is written as if it is written by her son) for almost two years now. I keep up with it and think how neat it is that she does it. I often thought that I should do it too, but what would I say? Do I even have enough interesting thing happen to me to do it? Well, today, I decided that I would give it try. I do have lots to say! I may go a while without blogging, but I will try to keep up. Between my two quarrelling sons ( Brandon 12 and Grayson 8 1/2), my husband of nearly 14 years (who sometimes manages to accidentally let me know that he has a soft soul), my parents (divorced now for 24-I think-years, but both live within a mile and a half of me), my siblings and their spouses and children, and last but not least my job as a special ed teacher's assistant (I shadow an autistic little boy who is in a regular 1st grade class this year), I thought,"Hey, maybe I do have some interested things to say!" So wish me luck as I begin to bare my soul to the world. I pray that I don't seem too insane, but rather funny or quirky or just a regular worn out mom trying to do her best with the life the Good Lord gave her.
